How we work

Every project follows the same four steps.

01

Agree what done looks like

The scope, written acceptance criteria and a named owner on your side are written down and signed before any work starts.

You getA written scope and acceptance criteria.
02

Start from your real cases

The work is based on real examples from your own business, and your experts confirm what a correct result looks like.

You getYour own cases as the reference.
03

Evaluate against the criteria

We run an evaluation: your real examples are scored against the acceptance criteria, not judged by eye. A result that falls short is reported as it is.

You getAn evaluation report on your own examples.
04

Hand over and sign off

Your named owner receives the report and the guidance they need, and signs off at the end.

You getA handover and your owner's sign-off.
How every project is judged

Three checks, reported at the end.

We do not promise accuracy figures. The promise is a result measured against a written threshold agreed with you, and a project judged on these three checks.

Shipped on the agreed date

The delivery date is agreed up front. Late access to data or systems moves it, and we tell you when that happens.

Passed the written acceptance criteria

The acceptance criteria are the written pass mark, defined with you before work starts. The evaluation checks the result against them.

Signed off by your named owner

One accountable person on your side confirms the result at the end.

What we need from you

Five things on every project.

These are conditions in every proposal. They protect the timeline and make risks visible before you sign.

A named owner

One accountable person on your side.

Real cases and data

Actual examples of the work, not samples invented for the project.

Expert judgment

Subject experts who can say what the correct answers are.

Access

To data, systems, outputs and test environments, requested on day one.

Decisions and sign-off

A written scope and acceptance criteria before work starts, and a signature at the end.
